ಬೋಧನಾ ಶುಲ್ಕ / TUITION FEES


      ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆದೇಶ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಎಕೆಕೆ / 159 / ಎಂಎಂಸಿ / 2013 ದಿನಾಂಕ 24.09.2012 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂಚಿಸಿರುವಂತೆ ಪ್ಯಾರಾ ಮೆಡಿಕಲ್ ಕೋರ್ಸ್‌ಗಳಿಗೆ ಬೋಧನಾ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿ ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಕಾಲಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು

      Tuition fee for all Para Medical Courses is common as fixed by the Govt. in order No. AKK/ 159/MMC/2013 dated 24.09.2012 is as follows and subject to revision from time to time:

ನೋಂದಣಿ ಶುಲ್ಕ / Registration Fee

ರೂ. 500 / - ಪ್ರವೇಶದ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಂಡಳಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ಬಾರಿ ಪಾವತಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು

Rs. 500/- one time payment on admission
(Payable to the Board)

ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಕೋಟಾದ ಸೀಟುಗಳಿಗೆ
Govt. Quota seats in Govt. Colleges

ರೂ. 4000/- ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ
Rs. 4,000/- per annum


ಖಾಸಗಿ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಕೋಟಾದ ಸೀಟುಗಳಿಗೆ
(ಕ್ಲಿನಿಕಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಟ್ಯೂಷನ್ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ)

ಕಾಲೇಜು / ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ / CHANGE OF COLLEGE / COURSE


      ಕಾಲೇಜು ಅಥವಾ ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯನ್ನು ಬಯಸುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕಾಲೇಜು / ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ಯಾರಾ ಮೆಡಿಕಲ್ ಬೋರ್ಡ್‌ಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು. ಶುಲ್ಕ ರೂ.1000 / -. ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯು ಕಾಲೇಜು / ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು / ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಲಭ್ಯತೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

      Any candidate after admission desirous of change of college or course can do so duly making an application to the Chairman, Para Medical Board through the concerned Principal of the College/Institutions along with Rs. 1000/- as fee. The change is subject to availability of College/ Institutions / Course.

ಕೋರ್ಸ್‍ನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಗಿತಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು / DISCONTINUATION OF COURSE


      ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಅಥವಾ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶದ ನಂತರ ಕೋರ್ಸ್‍ನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಅವಕಾಶವಿರುತ್ತದೆ, ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಿಂದ ಎನ್‌ಒಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಎನ್‌ಡಿಸಿ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಮಂಡಳಿಗೆ ರೂ .1000 / -ವನ್ನು ದಂಡವಾಗಿ ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕು.

      Any candidate after admission either in Govt. or Pvt. College desires to discontinue the course shall pay penalty of Rs.1000/- to the Board along with NOC & NDC of the concerned Principal of the College.

ಜೆರಾಕ್ಸ್ ಉತ್ತರ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮರು ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ/ XEROX ANSWER SCRIPTS & REVALUATION


      ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರತಿ ವಿಷಯಕ್ಕೆ ರೂ .300 / - ಪಾವತಿಸಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರ ಮೂಲಕ ಜೆರಾಕ್ಸ್ ಉತ್ತರ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು.
      Intending students can apply for Xerox answer scripts through the Principal of the concerned Institute by paying Rs.300/- per Subject through Online.

      ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರತಿ ವಿಷಯಕ್ಕೆ ರೂ .1,000 / - ಪಾವತಿಸಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರ ಮೂಲಕ ಮರು ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು.
      Intending students can apply for Re-evaluation answer scripts through the Principal of the concerned Institute by paying Rs.1,000/- per Subject through Online.

      ಉತ್ತರ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆರು ತಿಂಗಳವರೆಗೆ ಅಥವಾ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಮುಂದಿನ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯವರೆಗೆ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ನಂತರ ನಾಶಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
      The valued answer scripts shall be preserved upto six months or till the Board's next examination and then destroyed.

ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿ ವಿತರಣೆ / ISSUE OF MARKS CARD


      ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಸದಸ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಸಹಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
      The Candidate who have passed in the Board's examination will be issued Marks Card duly signed by the Chairman as well as the Member Secretary.

ನಕಲು ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿ / ISSUE OF DUPLICATE MARKS CARD


      ನಕಲು ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯ ಅರ್ಜಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ರೂ. 50 / - ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗ ಅಂಚೆಚೀಟಿ ಕಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಟರಿ / ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರು ಪ್ರಮಾಣೀಕರಿಸಿದ ಅಫಿಡವಿಟ್‌, ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿ ಕಳೆದುಹೋದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ದೂರು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯಿಂದ ಪಡೆದ ಸ್ವೀಕೃತಿಯ ಪ್ರತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರತಿ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ರೂ. 250 /- ರಂತೆ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ರಶೀದಿಯ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು.

      The Application for duplicate marks card should be accompanied by an affidavit certified by a Notary / Judge on a judicial stamp paper of Rs. 50/- with a copy of acknowledgement obtained by the Police station for having lodged the complaint about the lost of the Marks card along with Fees Paid Receipt Rs.250/- Per Marks Card.

ಡಿಪ್ಲೊಮಾ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ / DIPLOMA CERTIFICATES


      ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಡಿಪ್ಲೊಮಾ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಮಂಡಳಿಯಿಂದ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಅರ್ಹರಿದ್ದು ಸೇವಾಸಿಂಧು (ಸಕಲಾ) ಪೋರ್ಟಲ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು
      Candidates shall be applied through Sevasindhu (Sakala) Portal eligible to obtain their Diploma Certificates directly from the Board only after:

      ಡಿಪ್ಲೊಮಾ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರೆ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಸದಸ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಸಹಿಗಳು ಇರುತ್ತವೆ.
      The Diploma Certificate will have the signatures of the Chairman and Member Secretary of the Para Medical Board.

      ಡಿಪ್ಲೊಮಾ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಅಂಚೆ ವಿಳಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ರಿಜಿಸ್ಟರ್ ಪೋಸ್ಟ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
      The Diploma Certificate shall be send to the candidate postal address through Register Post.

ನಕಲು ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಗಳು / DUPLICATE CERTIFICATES


      ನಕಲು ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯು ಅರ್ಜಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ರೂ. 50 / - ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗ ಅಂಚೆಚೀಟಿ ಕಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಟರಿ / ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರು ಪ್ರಮಾಣೀಕರಿಸಿದ ಅಫಿಡವಿಟ್‌, ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ ಕಳೆದುಹೋದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ದೂರು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯಿಂದ ಪಡೆದ ಸ್ವೀಕೃತಿಯ ಪ್ರತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ರೂ. 350 /- ಶುಲ್ಕ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ರಶೀದಿಯ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು

      The application for a duplicate certificate should be accompanied by an affidavit certified by a Notary / Judge on a Judicial stamp paper of Rs. 50/-. with a copy of acknowledgement obtained from the Police Station for having lodged the complaint about the lost of the Certificate along with Fees Paid Receipt Rs.350/- .
