EXAMINATION NOTIFICATION
The Annual Examinations for the First, Second and Final year students of D.P.T Course, First, Second and Final year of Certificate Courses and First & Second year Diploma in Para Medical Courses are likely to be held from Second / Third week of November 2009. The Centre for examination and detailed Time Table both for Theory and Practical Examinations will be furnished in due course. The Exam forms will be sent soon after receipt of list of Exam taking student.
Meanwhile you are hereby directed to:
1. Submit the list of the candidates appearing for the Annual Examination 2009 to be held in Second / Third week of November 2009 before 25.09.2009. The list should include the students name (as entered in SSLC Marks Card) appearing for the First year and Final year Diploma examination of Para Medical Courses and First, Second and Third year Examinations of D.P.T. and Certificate Courses. Repeaters list of students shall be submitted separately.
2. The last date for payment of the examination fee and to submit the examination forms without fine is 30-09-09 and with fine 06-10-09. Examination forms should be signed by the Principal of respective College after duly verifying the same. Examination Forms along with Examination Fee shall be submitted before 10-10-09 to the Board by the respective college.
3. The colleges desirous of having a Centre for Examination at their College/Institute premises should pay Rs. 20,000/- towards Centre Fee only by D.D. on or before 30-09-09. However, grant of Centre is left to the discretion of the Board.
4. Consolidated list of Candidates with Name, Register No. and concerned subject to be appeared should be sent by the Institution duly signed by the Principal.
5. The list of Internal Assessment Marks secured by the Fresh Candidates as well as repeaters in all subjects should be submitted to the Board before 10-10-09 in the prescribed proforma enclosed to this Notification in duplicate with C.D. without fail and also to collect Theory Time Table on the same day in person. Late submission of internal marks will not be accepted and results will be announced without adding Internal Marks.
6. The Principal of the concerned institution should intimate the Centre of examination to the exam taking students without fail.
7. Physiotherapy theory examination will be held only at Bangalore Medical College and Mysore Medical College Centres. However, Practical Examination will be held only at Physiotherapy Dept. of Victoria Hospital, K.R. Road, Fort, Bangalore-02 & DPT Exam taking students should be informed accordingly.

Further, such of the institutions/Colleges who have not furnished the Bank Guarantee of Rs. 2.50 Lakhs per course should furnish the same on or before 30-09-09, otherwise names of the candidates of such institutions shall not be considered for registration under the Board. In such cases the entire responsibility shall rest with the respective Institution/College. Further, such of the Institutions who have not paid affiliation fee of Rs. 30,000/- and renewal of affiliation fee of Rs. 10,000/- per Course shall be paid immediately without fail.
It is observed that some of the institutions have not furnished the list of teaching faculty with qualification & Passport size photos so far, inspite of reminders. Therefore, the Teaching Faculty list shall be submitted by return of post. If already furnished please ignore.

NOTE:
The Admission Cards can be collected from this office in person by the respective Institutions on or before 05-11-09 and issued to the students duly recording name of the Examination Centre.
